Our mission

A platform the industry can trust

APLBC Events Ltd was founded in London in 2018 with one goal: make the relationship between luxury hotels and travel agents work better for both sides. Traditional incentive programs were opaque, slow to pay, and hard to measure.

Stay Collection changes that. Hotels publish their own incentive rates, agents see them in real time, and APLBC handles the data and payments. No black box, no disputes, no months-long reconciliation cycles.

We're London-based and globally active — with agents in 18 countries and hotel partners spanning every major destination category.

2018
APLBC Events Ltd founded in London, focused on luxury travel agent education events.
2020
Launched the first digital incentive program during the pandemic — a way to keep agents connected to hotel partners remotely.
2022
Expanded to 500 verified agents across the UK and EU. Introduced the first webinar hosting product.
2023
Launched the formal Stay Collection platform. Monthly BACS payouts, tier system, and the client portal for hotel partners.
2024
Reached 1,500+ agents, expanded to 12 countries. Introduced the Promotions and MICE incentive tracks.
2025
Crossed 2,400 verified agents across 18 countries. Launched agent success stories and the consortium partnership program.
