Terms of service.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Stay Collection, operated by APLBC Events Ltd. By creating an account you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The agent platform is open to professional travel agents and travel agencies. The buyer platform is open to corporate event planners and MICE buyers. The client platform is open to hotels, resorts, and event venues that have been onboarded by APLBC.

3. Commissions & Payouts

Agent commissions are calculated per the published commission rules per tier (Silver, Gold, Platinum). Commissions become eligible for payout 7 days after the guest's checkout date, protecting against cancellations. Payouts are made monthly via bank transfer.

4. Bookings

PNRs submitted via the platform must reflect genuine bookings. Fraudulent PNRs result in immediate account suspension. SC Admin verifies all PNRs before payout.

5. Subscriptions

Client subscriptions (Consortia, MEET, MEET Slides) renew annually unless cancelled at least 30 days before renewal. Refunds are not available for partial periods.

6. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time. APLBC may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, fraud, or platform abuse.

7. Liability

APLBC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
