1. Who we are

Stay Collection is operated by APLBC Events Ltd, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 12345678) at 207 Regent Street, London W1B 3HH. We act as data controller for personal data collected through the Stay Collection platform.

2. What we collect

We collect: account details (name, email, phone), agency information (IATA number, consortium, country), platform activity (bookings submitted, webinars completed, FAM applications, watchlist), and financial data (commission payouts).

3. How we use it

Personal data is used to operate the platform, calculate commissions, deliver booking incentives, send platform notifications and broadcasts, comply with anti-fraud requirements, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with: (a) hotel clients you book with, for verification purposes; (b) payment processors for commission payouts; (c) compliance authorities when legally required.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your data. To exercise these rights contact privacy@thestaycollection.com.

6. Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your membership plus 7 years for accounting and tax compliance. Inactive accounts are automatically paused after 90 days and can be reactivated.
